This month I’m starting out by trying to keep a roughly 5200 calorie deficit a week. The Active.com calculator says my Basal Metabolic Rate is 2145 calories.
Weight on 04/28/19 was 311.4 lbs.
Not setting any goals for loss this month as I’m only tracking here for a couple days. I’ll be happy with any loss at all come May 1st.
